Presentation: Kathleen Vestal Logan, MS, MA, Author and Speaker, “Conflict Resolution” Conflicts and disagreements are inevitable in any business. They are neither good nor bad; how people choose to deal with them, however, can make the situation better or worse. This session will be an opportunity to learn about conflict without being “in” one. You will identify the potential value of conflict as well as the cost of not dealing with it. You will become aware of when action is required, as well as the variety of methods and when/which are most likely to be useful in any given situation. You will leave with a step-by-step practical guide for resolving conflict through a group conversation.
