This seminar will cover topics directly relevant to Florida’s marijuana laws and rules for medical marijuana, including a summary of Amendment 2, case law interpreting similar legislation enacted in other states. How Amendment 2 impacts employers’ responsibilities under the ADA, FMLA, OSHA and the Florida Civil Rights Act. It will also cover employer drug testing and worker’s compensation claims after Amendment 2.
