The Fish House will be open and serving Father's Day brunch on Sunday, June 16, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, salads, seafood and sandwiches as well as four versions of eggs Benedict, our world-famous grits à ya ya, and brunch favorites; bananas Foster French toast, blueberry Belgian waffle, vegetable frittata and the Monte Cristo. As always, we will be offering bottomless champagne and mimosas for $4.95 and bloody marys for $2. In addition, Chef Billy Ballou has created a special Father's Day feature: 14-oz Dijon- crusted, slow-roasted prime rib served over flame-roasted corn and pepper grits with grilled seasonal vegetables accompanied by a rosemary au jus and whipped horseradish crème. Located at 600 South Barracks Street, on the water in Downtown Pensacola, the Fish House, where we have been serving up local food and local traditions for over a decade, opens at 11:00 a.m. daily.
