To kickoff the Wine & Food Weekend, the new Pensacola Beach restaurant Red Fish, Blue Fish will host the ''Opening Night Sunset Salute Reception and Tasting'' from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, October 18, generously sponsored by Innisfree Hotels. A more casual affair, the evening features a traditional walkabout tasting inviting guests to sample specialties presented by 13 well-known local chefs. Republic National Distributing Company is pairing carefully selected wines with the dishes. At sunset, we'll ''salute'' all those legendary folks that have helped us reach 25 years!
