Are you ready to file your LLC? If so, join us on September 6 from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. In this workshop, our consultants will guide you through the application process step-by-step, providing personalized assistance for your business. By the end of this session, you will have officially filed your LLC application. Attendees of this workshop will generate or receive:
-Search results on the company name you choose
-New articles of organization for an LLC, filed with the State of Florida
-An EIN for your company from the IRS
-Forms and instructions for any further licensing and permitting needs
To file online, please bring a laptop or tablet. Paper applications will be provided.
