Lunch-n-Learn: The Essential Elements of a Commercial Lease

The FSBDC at UWF is presenting a Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, Sept 16 from Noon-1 p.m. entitled “The Essential Elements of a Commercial Lease.”  Commercial leases can be overwhelming, lengthy, full of jargon and unfamiliar terms and always written to the landlord’s advantage - but they are negotiable. Learn the “dos” and “don’ts” of commercial real estate leasing for tenants! Understand the negotiation points that tip the scales back to the tenant’s favor. No fee for this workshop, but pre-registration is recommended. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lunch.
