Mama Barre is an ADULT workout class similar to our Barre Essentials format with thoughtful modifications for mothers and the option to bring your children (ideal for expectant mothers and children who are less than 3 years old).

Now offered exclusively as a series to promote accountability and encourage a sense of genuine community among participants. We'll build friendships that go beyond the studio by setting up play dates downtown & grabbing brunch!

Come learn the foundations of Barre with your little one in tow! Mamas with newborns are encouraged to use baby carriers & toddlers are encouraged to interact and participate while Mama gets a workout, or play with toys and one another.

Barre Essentials teaches the fundamentals needed to be successful in all of our barre formats. This class is suited for students at any level of fitness. This workout is ideal if you are new to Barre, if you wish to deepen your practice or need to modify due to recent injury, strain or pregnancy. Students will learn all of our exercises and practice the alignment principles while still receiving an amazing, full body workout.

This class allows for time to assimilate the name and basic set up for each exercise. You can expect less variations, more holds and specific cuing so that you truly understand each exercise, why you are doing it and how to refine your own alignment for each position.

Mats & accessories provided. Bring your child's favorite toys or use provided toys & instruments

Please arrive 10 - 15 mins before the start of class to allow for parking & check-in, to meet your instructor & connect with your fellow parents.
