pensacola dragon boat festival
pensacola dragon boat festival is the 1st. annual event of this kind to come to pensacola. Dragon boat racing is an international sport. The sport involves 20 team members paddling in unison to a 21st team member drumming a beat ,in a long narrow boat decorated at bow and stern with a dragons head and tail. Dragon boat races and festivals promote the social responsibility of corporate sponsors by giving them the opportunity to support charities . this years charity is Gulf Coast Kids House.
