Prematurity Awareness Day
November is Prematurity Awareness Month! On Tuesday, November 15th from 10 am – 1pm the Health Department will be hosting a Prematurity Awareness Day. Healthy Start Care Coordinators will be providing education on preconception health as well as safe sleep for infants. Pathways for Change, CDAC, WIC, HIV and Immunizations will also be set up to provide education on prematurity prevention.
