ROXIE, was Miss Indiana National Teenager in her youth, a state vocal Gold Medalist in Indiana, a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Oklahoma City University, a graduate of Indiana University (IU) Bloomington with a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications, and she spent more than 17 years as a radio host named Rockin’ Ralph on Q95 WFBQ radio in Indianapolis (Home of the Bob & Tom show), and ROXIE on X103 WRZX in Indianapolis, IN.
