The fundamental beginning to developing trusting relationships is in our ability to build rapport and engage others. This is how we learn what motivates individuals and allows to build trust and credibility.It is also a crucial component to building Employee Engagement.

Isn’t obvious when someone is actively listening versus thinking about how they are going to respond.  When someone is truly listening aren’t they more apt to hear your message and pick up on non-verbal clues?
