Seville Quarter Haunted Halloween Costume Contest Friday, October 31st - Halloween Party at Seville Quarter Haunted Mansion! There will be a haunting good time had at Seville Quarter. Halloween always brings out the resident ghost and goblins downtown Pensacola. Seville Quarter will host Pensacola's largest and Best Halloween Costume Contest starting at 9:00p.m. $1,000 CASH (first prize) costume contest in Phineas Phogg's. There will be great prizes for the top 20 costumes. Register starts at 7:00 p.m. and the contest will begin at 9:00p.m. The contest will be open to age 21 and up.
