Studer Institute, in partnership with Pensacola Young Professionals, Greater Pensacola Chamber and Gulf Coast African American Chamber, is hosting “A Strategic Planning Model for Small Businesses and Non-Profits” workshop, led by Lynne Cunningham. Lynne is a national expert in strategic planning from Sacramento, Calif., with over 30 years of experience in the business.
After attending this workshop, you will leave with a full understanding of the strategic planning process, including:
• Development of an action plan to prepare your organization to reach desired outcomes.
• A case study presented by Stacey Kostevicki, Executive Director of Gulf Coast Kid’s House, on how this model was used effectively to engage their board of directors in the planning process.
• How to develop a real strategic plan.
Who should attend?
• Not-for-profit board of directors, either individually or as a group
• Small business owners
• Any small business or not-for-profit supervisor, manager or executive director
• Anyone directly involved in the strategic planning process
The workshop be held at Hillcrest Baptist Church, 800 E. 9 Mile Road, Northwest Conference Hall.
