The Art of Empowerment and Delegation Presented by: Howard Cross Leadership is the capacity to move people to address adaptive challenges; to move people from a role of compliance to one of commitment and increased responsibility. Empowerment and delegation are effective strategies for accomplishing these challenges. This workshop provides both new and experienced leaders with skills, knowledge and tools to help improve in their role as formal or informal leaders. Individuals are taught how to deal with the ''human'' component of leading—how to develop people to realize their full potential while contributing to the increased effectiveness of the organization.
