''The Lure of the Ocean: Original Works by Guy Harvey''

The Pensacola Museum of Art welcomes The Lure of the Ocean: Original Works by Guy Harvey, May 9 - August 9. Harvey combines his artistic gifts with his background as a marine biologist, diver, photographer and angler to create his unique and colorful pieces. While Harvey is widely recognized for his aquatic themed merchandise, he is much more than just a t-shirt brand. In addition to being an artist, Harvey is a scientist, conservationist, and explorer. This exhibition will also feature a Guy Harvey themed photo booth so visitors can take home a memento of their visit to the exhibition. You can also discover Sea Monsters through Mote Marine Laboratory's hands-on learning components. Schedule of Events: Saturday, May 9, 10am-5pm: Opening Day? Friday, May 15: Fundraising Reception w. Dr. Harvey, 5-630pm? Saturday, May 16: Dr. Harvey Book Signing, 12-2pm? Saturday, May 16: Dr. Harvey will throw out the first pitch at the Blue Wahoos' game The Museum will also be hosting a ticketed reception with Guy Harvey in attendance.
