Workforce Wednesday Workshop – IT/Cyber Industry Sector

Workshop Description: This two-hour workshop brings together key stakeholders from IT/Cybersecurity companies, education and training providers, and our Business Services team to engage in a direct and productive conversation about current and future workforce needs in the IT/Cyber sector. We will collaboratively identify the critical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) required for success in the current and future regional IT/Cyber landscape. Through focused discussions and interactive exercises, we will explore collaborative solutions to address existing workforce gaps and develop strategies to ensure a skilled and adaptable workforce for the future. Participants will gain valuable insights into industry trends, share best practices, and contribute to the development of actionable plans to strengthen the IT/Cyber workforce pipeline.
